Cool Club Tune Up
15 – Point Ultimate Cooling Tune-Up
- Verify cooling performance, temperature drop and determine if adjustment is needed.
- Clean outdoor condenser coil and remove debris from unit as needed.
- Inspect condenser fan motor operation and lubricate as necessary.
- Check amperage of compressor for proper operation.
- Test operation and condition of compressor contractor.
- Inspect and tighten electrical connections.
- Inspect start/run capacitators and relays.
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
- Inspect indoor evaporator coil if accessible.
- Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow.
- Inspect blower assembly operation, lubricate and adjust as necessary.
- Evaluate condition of air filters and other indoor air quality accessories.
- Safety test all controls for proper operation.
- Calibrate thermostat and confirm proper operation.
- Evaluate overall efficiency of equipment condition.
18 – Point Ultimate Heating Tune-Up
- Clean heat exchanger and inspect for combustion leaks.
- Test for carbon monoxide.
- Clean burners and adjust for maximum efficiency.
- Clean pilot assembly and inspect thermocouple.
- Inspect flame sensor.
- Examine flue and inspect venting system.
- Verify proper inducer motor operation.
- Verify proper ignition.
- Inspect gas piping valces.
- Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow.
- Inspect blower assembly operation, lubricate and adjust as necessary.
- Evaluate condition of air filters and other indoor air quality accessories.
- Safety test all controls for proper operation.
- Calibrate thermostat and confirm proper operation.
- Evaluate overall efficiency of equipment condition.
- Inspect and test heater elements.
- Inspect and test reversing valve.
- Inspect and test defrost system.

Terms and Conditions
It is mutually agreed that this policy covers only electrically operated units inside the equipment and does not cover electrical or plumbing work beyond the units or work required due to negligence or misuse of the equipment or because of fire, flood, acts of God, sabotage of gas or water supply or damage caused by freezing or circumstances beyond our control.
- *The Cool Club customer may transfer this agreement to another residential location or person. Please email, call, or send written notice of the change to Cool Atmosphere at our mailing address.
- **All service will be performed during the working hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. All maintenance checks will be scheduled during normal working hours, a $25.00 trip charge will be assessed (normally $125.00) and Cool Customer pricing will be charged for service or repairs instead of the After Hours pricing.
- Any changes, adjustments, or repairs made by other HVAC companies or individuals outside of Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air, LLC during the maintenance agreement terms are not the responsibility of Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air, LLC.
